We’re here to give young female athletes a place to shine, compete, and grow.

Turf Queens is more than a team or club; we are a movement dedicated to building confidence, leadership, and lifelong passion through the game of flag football. Our mission is to promote excellence, sportsmanship, and sisterhood while helping every athlete reach her full potential on and off the field. The winter season will run from January - March 2026 and it's our goal to play in five Northern California tournaments in our inaugural season.

12U

Learn to play this exciting new sport. Our 12u team will stress fundamentals, skills, teamwork, and competition.

14U

Sharpen your skills, learn new techniques, prepare to play at the highest level in preparation for your high school season.

High School

For older players who enjoyed playing for their high school team and want to sharpen their skills for next season or for college.

MEET THE COACHES

Damen Jones

Damen Jones, known as Coach D, is a former college football player with over seven years of coaching experience. He has coached at Casa Grande High School and San Marin High School, Santa Rosa Junior College, and also served as Head Coach for the San Marin Youth Football Organization.

John Reid

Coach John played football at the High School and Division I-AA College levels and brings years of coaching experience to the program. John leads the offense for the Novato High Girls Flag Football Team. He has two daughters, 11 and 15, who both play flag football.

TRYOUTS!

We're hosting tryouts at the Novato High football field on Saturday, November 15, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
